We just had our home vinyl siding replaced with James Hardie colored siding by Lowcountry Contractors and it looks incredible. We never imagined that our house could look so good. The crews did a great job and kept everything clean throughout the project which was important to us and our furbabies. We appreciated the constant communication from our salesperson and their office staff. We highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to do a remodeling project!

DO NOT USE Lowcountry Contractors! Jeremy Blackstock, in my opinion, is a criminal. I was ripped off to the tune of $175,000. They had multiple project managers who would quit shortly after working for them. Two subcontractors who both complained to us that Jeremy owed them a lot of money. They were only able to complete about 60% of the job, yet I paid the full amount. Jeremy is a liar. He will look you in the eye, shake your hand, and then literally not do what he promised he would do. There are many other reviews like mine, which is sad to see.

Stay far away from this company! Please believe every negative review written. We hired them at the beginning of 2022 to complete a kitchen renovation at our home. Gave them a large deposit. Very impressed with initial plans. A year passed they kept telling us they were backed up. We went through countless designers no one communicated with us, countless unanswered calls and emails. We received word from some of the initial vendors they will not be moving forward with working with Lowcountry Contractors as they not received payment from them. Finally after threatening lawsuits we start getting responses and they gut the kitchen in August of 2023. They got the floors refinished and cabinets are started. They are no longer answering phone calls, emails etc. He has stolen a large amount of money from us and here we are December of 2023 almost 2 years later without any usable kitchen. I find it amusing how Mr. Blackstock can respond to all of these less than favorable reviews regarding his business practices but cannot return an email or a phone call to his customers. I am going to sue him and we are going to go after his contractors license and report him to the LLR so he cannot defraud any more families like we have been. Merry Christmas!

We hired Low Country Contractors in early 2022 to remodel the first floor of our home. We enjoyed working with their team to redesign our home and were excited as the project got underway. By August of 2022 the majority of our project had been completed except for some final clean up items and the installation of our front door. There were delays getting our new front door delivered so the plan was to address all of our final clean up items when the door was to be installed. Our front door arrived to the local supplier in November of 2022. Since that time we have been unable to schedule anyone to complete our project. We have been handed off to three different project managers and have been continually scheduled and rescheduled for more than 7 months. We have called, texted and emailed various members of the Low Country team countless times to no avail. The team has either been unresponsive or makes promises to ‘make things right’ yet still nobody has shown up at our house to complete the remaining items. Most recently we have decided to hire a new company to complete our project at our own expense. I communicated this decision to two members of their team to which I received no response which speaks to their lack of concern for our project. We have found the disregard of our project to be both disrespectful and unacceptable and unfortunately now we are having to double pay for a non trivial amount of work. Low Country Contractors has failed to live up to the expectations promised to us at the start of this project and for that I would not recommend working with their team.

BUYER BEWARE!! I own a local warehouse direct cabinet business and have had a deeply unsettling experience with Jeremy and his team at Low Country Contractors.Low Country Contractors entered into an agreement to purchase cabinets from my company in June, and these cabinets were subsequently installed in their client's residence. Regrettably, despite their client fulfilling their payment obligation to Low Country Contractors, my company has not received payment as agreed upon. Our business operates on a smaller scale, and we have earnestly conveyed to Low Country the severe financial impact this non-payment has had on us. Regrettably, despite our appeals, they have yet to pay for the cabinets in full.It is of utmost importance to clarify that there have been no reported issues with the quality or condition of the cabinets supplied and we stand by the quality of our products 100%.I strongly urge any individual or business contemplating a contract with Low Country Contractors to conduct thorough background checks, seek references, and consider the risks involved in any financial dealings with this organization.
