About the Role

In this role, you will help to ensure our Compensation programs and practices are market competitive and drive a performance culture. You support the development, adaptation, and delivery of Compensation programs and key initiatives to the business. You will develop a deep understanding of the business and work with cross-functional teams to ensure our Compensation programs and practices are effectively leveraged to enable talent attraction and retention. Responsibilities include: complex compensation data analysis with recommendations for action, external market research, and consulting on compensation policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Consult with HR and the business on labor market trends, internal/external competitiveness, and compensation recommendations for assigned client group(s) to ensure competitive and equitable compensation
  • Participate in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including annual compensation review process
  • Conduct job evaluations and participate in compensation survey matching/surveys
  • Establish salary structures and determine salary increase budgets/guidelines for assigned client group(s)
  • Contribute to the development of compensation policies and procedures
  • Maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies
  • Manage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensure quality of work delivered to the business

Who You Are

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of data and make observations and recommendations; proficient in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and explain complex information in simple terms; proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • Can anticipate operational/program issues and develop preventative measures
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and oversee multiple concurrent projects and workstreams with various business partners
  • Experience in Compensation or other analytical field

Salary Range: $90,600 - $120,200 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
