Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please submit your return herewithin 3 DAYS of delivery. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

- If Redo was not added to your order the cost of return shipping is a flat $5.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Threaded PearE-Gift Card)
- Shoe boxes (if sent in a shoe box, many of our shoes are now sent in bags to reduce waste and shipping cost) must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once the item has shipped you will receive the purchase amount to a Threaded Pear E-Gift Card sent tothe email address used when placing your order (minus the $5.00 return shipping fee, $0 will be deducted id Redo was added to your order)

A purchase of the $1.98 Free Returns, Exchanges + Package Protection allows you to receive a paid return label for any return eligible item in that order! If you did not purchase Redo coverage, please continue through the return portal to submit your return request.
